Arra, Anna F.(Ambrosino) of Quincy, died on Monday, November 29, 2010. The beloved wife of the late Michael Arra. Daughter of the late Norcento & Loretta (Talgieri) Ambrosino. Sister of Santina Russo and Rocco Ambrosino both of Quincy and Anthony Ambrosino and his wife Barbara of Mendon and the late Lena Pacella, Mary, Bernard & Frank Ambrosino. Anna is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews and several great nieces and great nephews.
Anna grew up in Dorchester and graduated from the Jeremiah Burke School. She lived in California for many years before moving back to Quincy. Anna loved to travel to Las Vegas. She adored her family and loved to be surrounded by her nieces and nephews. Her family recalls how she was always so well dressed. She took great pride in her appearance. Anna will be remembered as a kind and generous woman. She will be sadly missed by all those who knew her.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours Thursday 4-8 pm in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock Street, QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:15AM on Friday prior to the Funeral Mass in Saint Ann's Church at 10 AM. Burial in Saint Michael's Cemetery, Boston.
