Steven was called home to God on Wednesday May 5, 2010. He was the loving husband of Melissa (nee Devine) and father of Courtney. Born in Darby, PA on July 19, 1958 the son of th late Richard G. and Alnea L. Herman Alleman. Steven is now free from pain and able to walk beside his mother and father in heaven.
He dedicated 33 years of service to AMTRAK as a general manger of the Mid Atlantic District and was integral in the developement of the Acela line. He was also part of President Barrack Obama's inaugural. He enjoyed home improvement projects as well as the quiet country life and the beautiful home he shared with his wife and daughter. He was respected by many peers and co-workers for his leadership and work ethic.
Steven is survived by a sister, Carole Lang and a brother, Richard Alleman, his mother and father-in-law, many brother and sister-in-laws, nieces and nephews, whom he loved dearly. He was loved by many and will be missed by all.
