Korey P. Traficante, 17, of Derry, NH died Saturday November 20, 2010 at the Parkland Medical Center, Derry following injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Korey was born in Lowell, MA on March 23, 1993, son of Kevin and Angela (Picanso) Traficante. Korey had resided in Derry for the past 12 years, formerly living in Salem, NH. He was currently enrolled as a Junior at Pinkerton Academy in Derry. He loved dirtbiking, snowboarding and enjoyed repairing cars.
Korey is survived by his parents, Kevin and Angela Traficante of Derry, his paternal grandparents, Patrick and Lorraine Traficante of Sandown, NH, his brother, Kyle Dennis Traficante of Derry, several aunts, uncles, cousins and many, many great friends.
Calling hours will be held on Friday November 26, 2010 from 5 - 8pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 10:00am in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Cemetery, E. Derry.
