Obituary

WORCESTER – Mr. Charles P. Falcone, 79, passed away Friday November 12 at his home surrounded by his loving wife and family

He is survived by his beloved wife of thirty-five years, Mrs. Shirley(Gauthier) Falcone of Worcester, two brothers, Anthony Falcone of Worcester, Louis Falcone and his wife Marion of Shrewsbury, a sister, Eleanor Valery of Worcester, many nieces and nephews.

Mr. Falcone was pre-deceased by his four sisters, Caroline Pingitore, Lena Bottis, Mary Vescera, and Philomena Catanzaro.

He was born July 9, 1931 in Worcester, Massachusetts a son of the late Luigi and Angelina(Gabriella) Falcone.

Educated through the Worcester Schools, Mr. Falcone joined the Army and served his country during the Korean War in the Army Engineer Corps. He operated heavy equipment for the Army Corps.

Upon his return, he was a truck driver for Direnzo Concrete Company for over thirty years. He was a member of the local Teamsters 170 .

Mr. Falcone was a parishoner of Our Lady of Loreto Church in Worcester.

His funeral will be held Monday November 15th from FAZIO FUNERAL HOME, 9 Branch St. Worcester with a Funeral Mass at 10a.m. at Our Lady of Loreto Church in Worcester. Burial will be in St. John’s Cemetery. Visiting hours will be Monday from 8:30am to 9:30am.
