In Taunton, November 15, 2010 Donna L. (Duarte) Vaillancourt passed away in Morton Hospital after a lengthy illness at the age of 50. She was the wife of John Vaillancourt of Taunton. Donna is survived by her mother Beverly Demers of Taunton and her late father Robert Duarte. Donna has lived her entire life in the Taunton area. She was educated in Taunton schools and attended Bristol Community College. Donna worked as a legal assistant for Peabody & Arnold L.L.P. in Boston. Donna enjoyed doing crafts, sewing, crocheting, cooking, camping and above all cherished the time spent with her family. Donna leaves her children Ashleigh Anne Motta of Taunton, Jeanne Marie Vaillancourt of Alabama and Gregory John Vaillancourt of NH. Donna also leaves her grandson Vaughan Evan Vaillancourt. Her siblings; Debbie Murray, Danielle Briggs and David E. Duarte all of Taunton. She also leaves her nieces and nephews; Bryanna Duarte, Stephanie Murray, Tyler Razvillas, Howard Briggs, Cam Briggs, Gregory Dulude, Laura Vaillancourt, Fiona Vaillancourt,Vanessa & Ryan Childs and Caleb Ogden. Relatives and friends are invited to visiting hours on Sunday, November 21st from 3-5 pm. at the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington St. in Taunton. A funeral home service will be at 5 pm. on Sunday. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
