Of Brockton Nov 12th Maria Rossaria (Neves) Wife of Januario Tarvares died in the Boston Medical Center after a brief illness.
She was born in Vila Nova Sintra, Brava Cape Verde Daughter of the late Manuel and Maria (Faria) Neves. She taught Children Reading and was known as a kind, generous and honest lady.
In addition to her husband she is survived by a son Jeffrey H. Rose of Houston, Texas, 2 Daughters Belinda M Robinson and Patricia M. Rose both of Brockton. A Sister Patricia Neves and a Niece Emily Caetano both of Rhode Island. 7 Grandchildren, 7 Great Grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held in the home of Funerarias Multi Culturel 238 Court St. Brockton Wed. Nov 17th at 7 30 pm with Bishop Filipe Texeria OFSJC Celebrant. Cremation to follow.
