Obituary

BROOKFIELD;Tammy L. Tetzlaff 36 of 160 Fiskdale Rd., died Sunday Dec. 14 at UMASS Memorial Hospital- 55 Lake Ave.in Worcester, after sustaining injuries in a three car accident on Rte. 49 (Sturbridge), Sunday morning. She leaves her parents Nancy J. (Fleming) Tetzlaff and Adam L. Clark of Spencer, a brother Gene W. Levia of Sunrise, Md., two aunts Marjorie Anderson of Grafton and Patricia Stockmal and her husband Steve of Brookfield and several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her maternal grandparents Simeon and Marjorie Fleming, Sr. and uncle Simeon Fleming, Jr. and two aunts Helena and Carolyn Bailey.

Ms.Tetzlaff owned and operated K-9 Corner in Sturbridge, a store she recently opened last month. Previously she was a heavy equipment operator for area construction companies.She graduated from the Computer School of Canton.

No funeral services are planned. Calling hours will be held Thursday Dec. 18 from 11 a.m. to 1p.m. in the J.HENRI MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., Spencer.
