Born in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico and settling here in Chelsea 20 years ago, Ana, at 51 years of age, passed away Monday afternoon in the emergency room of Massachusetts General Hospital after a heroic battle with pancreatic cancer that was diagnosed in November of last year.
