Harry C. Aldorisio of Dennis formerly of Burlington passed away on Friday, November 5, 2010 at Cape Cod Hospital. He was 83 years of age.
Born in Revere, Harry was the loving son of the late Amelida (Gilberti) and Joseph Aldorisio. Harry was a warm and loving husband, father, grandfather and brother. He will be sadly missed.
Harry was a member of the Captain’s Golf Club. He enjoyed spending time with his family and gardening. He loved old cars.
During WWII, Harry proudly defended our freedom by serving in the United States Navy.
Harry was the beloved husband of Barbara J. (Keefe) Aldorisio. He was the devoted father of Susan Tice and her husband William of NH and Barry M. Aldorisio and his wife Alison of Woburn. Cherished grandfather of Matthew, Megan, Christopher, Lindsay and Jeffrey. Dear brother of Lee Bailey, Eleanor Hart, Donald Aldo and the late Joseph, Vincent, Robert, Josephine, Louise and Edward. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Mass celebrating Harry’s life will be held on Thursday in St. Margarets Church, 111 Winn Street, Burlington at 10 am. Family and friends are cordially invited. Please honor Harry by making donations in memory of him to Dana Farber Cancer Institute, 44 Binney St., Boston, MA 02215.
