Donald was born in Boston, He was a retired cableman for Verizon. Donald is a veteran of the U.S. Marines, serving during the Vietnam War. He was the recipient of the Purple Heart w/gold medal, Vietnamese service medal, Vietnamese Campaign Medal, Good Conduct Medal, Presidential Unit Citation and the National Defense Service Medal. Donald was a member of IBEW, local 2222.
