Miss Bonnie “June” Farmer, 45, of Tifton died Tuesday, November 2, 2010, at Tift Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 5, 2010, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals. Rev. Brantley Seymour will officiate with burial to follow in Oak Ridge Cemetery. Steve Farmer, Bobby Farmer Jr., Steven Farmer, Will Parkerson, Hunter Farmer and Kyle Farmer will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 4, 2010, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
Miss Farmer was born on June 20, 1965 in Tifton and was the daughter of Evelyn Horton Farmer of Tifton and the late Spurley Farmer. In addition to her father, she was also preceded in death by one brother, Steve Ellis Farmer. She was disabled and of the Baptist faith.
In addition to her mother, Miss Farmer is survived by two brothers, Bobby Farmer of Ty Ty and Dennis Farmer of Tifton; and two sisters, Gail Burnette of Virginia and Deloris Parkerson of Tifton.
