WELLS, DONALD "DONNIE" LEE, 57, of Louisville, passed away Friday, October 29, 2010 at Rockford Manor Nursing Home.
He is preceded in death by his father, E.C. Wells.
Survivors include his mother, Mildred Wells; brothers, Charles and Dennis Wells; and sister, Diana Osborne (James).
Service will be noon Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be Sunday from noon-4 p.m. at the funeral home.
