Obituary

Thomas W. "Wayne" White, 68, died at home on Friday, October 29, 2010 following a lengthy illness with his family by his side. He was the loving husband of Patricia (Nadeau) White, with whom he shared 50 years of marriage.
Born in Washington, D.C. on Nov. 2, 1941, he was the son of the late Martin White and Annie Leake. He was raised and educated in Middleton and was a longtime Middleton resident.
For more than 30 years, Wayne was employed by Polaroid in Waltham.
He was an avid fisherman and hunter, and a great fan of Elvis. Most of all, he was dedicated to his family.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Tammy Lawrence and her husband Antonio and Kim Supino and her husband Ron, all of Middleton, a son, John White and his girlfriend Maribeth Nickola of Plaistow, NH, two sisters, Virginia Ouellette of Middleton and Linda Maleck of Danvers, a brother, Martin "Bill" White of Peabody, 9 grandchildren, Megan Saltalamacchia, Andrew, Matthew, and Ethan White, Katelyn, and Justin Lawrence, and Max, Adam, and Jack Supino, 3 great-grandchildren, Katherine, Luke, and Kara, and a loving extended family.
His Funeral Service will be celebrated on Wednesday, November 3, 2010 at 10AM in C.R. Lyons & Sons, Funeral Directors, 28 Elm St., Danvers Square. Burial will follow in Oakdale Cemetery, Middleton. Visiting hours are Tuesday from 4-8PM in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations in Wayne's name may be made to Hospice of the North Shore, 75 Sylvan St., Danvers, MA 01923.
