Josephine Pimental (Lawrence) of Pembroke died October 21 in Life Care Center of Plymouth. Josephine was the beloved wife of the late Manuel Pimental, devoted mother of Lisa Farrell of Plymouth and loving grandmother of Meghan Cook. She was born and raised in Plymouth and lived in Pembroke for 46 years. Josephine was a devoted Boston Red Sox fan. She was instrumental in forming the Pembroke Girls Youth Softball League and coached for many years. She was an accomplished knitter and loved to read. Funeral services will be private.
