Christopher Kordis, 54 of Quincy, died Thursday unexpectedly in the Quincy Medical Center, Quincy, MA.
Born in Boston, he lived in Quincy and was formerly of Duxbury. Christopher was the son of the late Xanthippe (Reghopoulos) and James Kordis. He worked for his father’s businesses from a young age in Boston and Hyannis. Christopher and his late brother George managed Kordis Real Estate and Development Company. He enjoyed boating and martial arts.
Devoted father of Michelle Kordis-Hatfield and her husband Luke of Lakewood, WA, Kevin Kordis of Somerville and Keith Kordis of Duxbury. Loving grandfather of Henry Hatfield. Brother of Kathy Chiarenza of Medford and the late Geroge Kordis. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Former husband of Julie Kordis of Duxbury.
A funeral service will be celebrated in the Dormition of the Virgin Mary Greek Orthodox Church, 29 Central St., Somerville Wednesday at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
Visiting hours Tuesday from 4-8 at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St. Medford.
Services will conclude with burial in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
