Obituary

NATICK: A. Russell Kelly Jr. (Russ as he was know by friends and family) of Natick and Windham, ME, passed on peacefully surrounded by love on Thursday, October, 21, 2010 at Metrowest Medical Center, Leonard Morse campus. He was a devoted husband, father and the greatest grandfather in the world and was deeply loved and is greatly missed.

Russ was in the United States Navy in World War II as a Yeoman Third Class. He was a Waltham High School graduate and worked for many years as a salesman in the industrial equipment business. In later years he worked with his son Scott in the home remodeling business. Russ volunteered at Contact Life Line for many years and was a long time member of Hartford Street Presbyterian Church serving in several leadership positions including elder and deacon.

Russ is survived by his wife Marjorie, sons David and daughter-in law Doreen; Scott and daughter-in-law Karen and his daughter Nancy and son-in-law Steve McFarland and his beloved grandchildren Michael, Jeffrey, Andrew, Megan, Sam and Caitlin.

A remembrance service will be held on Saturday, October 23, 2010 at 1:30 pm at the Hartford Street Presbyterian Church, 99 Hartford Street, Natick. A time of fellowship and refreshment will follow.

Memorial donations may be made to the Natick Visiting Nurse Association or Hartford Street Presbyterian Church.
