Cherylanne (Brien) Newton, 40, of Manchester, died October 19, 2010 at her home following a four year struggle with a rare auto-immune skin disease.
She was born in Manchester October 24, 1969, to Robert and Shirley C. Brien. She received her early education locally and graduated from Manchester Memorial High School.
For many years she worked as a medical secretary in the laboratory at CMC.
In her spare time she enjoyed all types of crafts including crocheting, and knitting. She enjoyed baking and cooking, especially during the Christmas season. She had a great sense of humor, and loved adventure. She was a wonderful mother, that loved her children. She will be remembered as a person of great courage, and someone who was always a loyal friend.
Family members include her husband, Larry Newton of Manchester; her children, Danielle and Joshua Newton, both of Manchester; a half sister, Meghan Brien, of ME; her aunt, Shirley Brien, of Manchester; her father of ME; several cousins.
A service of Remembrance took place at the Lambert Funeral Home and Crematory, 1799 Elm St. Manchester, Tuesday, October 26, 2010.
Committal followed in Mt. Calvary mausoleum.
