Witold W. Jurgilewicz, 83, a longtime resident of Stoughton, died unexpectedly at home on Wednesday, October 13. He was the husband of 45 years of Helen (Kmita) Jurgilewicz. Born in Poland, he was a resident of Stoughton for 45 years. Mr. Jurgilewicz was an engraver for 60 years before retiring 7 years ago. He was a longtime member and Past President of the Rotary Club in Stoughton.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Jurgilewicz is survived by his children, Robert P. Jurgilewicz and his wife Nancy of Pepperell, Teresa A. Carlson and her husband Aaron of East Bridgewater and Maria E. Jurgilewicz of Stoughton, as well as his grandchildren, Samantha S. and Annika A. Jurgilewicz. He was the brother of the late John Jurgilewicz. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Funeral will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt.27) Stoughton on Monday, October 18 at 9:30 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church, Stoughton at 10:30 AM. Visiting Hours Sunday 4-7 PM. Burial will take place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Stoughton. Donations in Witold’s name may be made to American Heart Assn., 20 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
