Obituary

Manchester-B. Roger Jacques, 98, died October 10, 2010 at his home.
He was born in Manchester on February 10, 1912 the son of Oscar R. and Malvina (Comtois) Jacques and had been a lifelong resident of Manchester.
He served his country in the U.S. Army.
He was owner and operator of Jacques Press. He was founder of NH Graphic Arts Association, held membership in the Catholic War Vets Louis Ramsey post 1624, the Lions Club and was a 2nd degree Knight of Columbus. He was a parishioner of St. Joseph Cathedral and formerly of St. George Parish.
He was predeceased by his wife Florence (St. Cyr) Jacques who died January 14, 2005.
Members of his family include one son Paul J.W. Jacques of Belmont, NY and Manchester, NH, three
Daughters, Marie Isenburg of Dorchester, MA., Jeanne Marcoux of Bedford and Angele Rockwell of Brookline.
IN HIS LIFE: He also leaves eight grandchildren, Heather, Jonathan, Andre, Michelle, Gretchen, Karl, Ashlyn and Kimberly and three great-grandchildren, Brittany, Brooke and Hayden.
SERVICES: Calling hours will be Thursday from 5 to 7 PM at the J.N. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home, 110 Bridge St.. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday at 10 AM in St. Joseph Cathedral, Pine St.. Burial will be in St. Augustin Cemetery.
