Joyce Panciera Pippo died October 3, 2010 at her home in Mystic, CT.
Joyce was born in Mystic to the late Arthur and Eva Panciera but was a long time resident of Coconut Grove, FL before returning to Mystic.
She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Anthony C. Pippo, daughter, Emily, son in law, Michael Tracht and beloved grandson, Alex Anthony Tracht.
Her love for her family was of the utmost importance.
Joyce was a dedicated member of the Coconut Grove Women’s Club as well as The Villagers, a historic preservation organization. She will be greatly missed by many friends and her family.
A memorial service will be held Monday October, 11th at 3pm in the Greenman Chapel at Elm Grove Cemetery in Mystic. An additional memorial service will also be held at Plymouth Congregation Church in Coconut Grove, Fl on a date to be determined.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Southeastern Connecticut.
