WORCESTER- Rosemary E. (Campbell) Anderson of 80 Francis Gardens, Shrewsbury, formerly of Beaver Street died suddenly Thursday, December 4th in U-Mass Memorial Healthcare-Memorial Campus. Her husband of 45 years Arthur W. Anderson died in 1987. She leaves 2 sons, William Crosbie of Auburn and Paul Anderson of Shrewsbury; a daughter Marlene S. Antalek of Shrewsbury; 9 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; several nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by a brother, John Campbell and 3 sisters Blanche Howe, Margaret Bombard and Grace Hester.
She was born in Worcester the daughter of Thomas and Hannah (Costello) Campbell and was a former Miss Worcester. She was a beautiful and loving mother and homemaker throughout her life and loved to listen to music and dance.
The funeral will be Tuesday, December 9th from O’Connor Brothers Funeral Home, 592 Park Avenue with a 10:00 AM Mass in Immaculate Conception Church, 353 Grove Street. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery. Calling hours are Monday, December 8th from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM in the funeral home.
