Gilford-----Ronny Ross Bean, 44, of 166 Saltmarsh Pond Road, passed away, after a long battle with Leukemia, with his family by his side, on September 29, 2010 at Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
Ronny was born in Laconia, December 30, 1965, the son of Harry A. and Thelma L. Bean. He was a lifelong resident of Gilford, N.H. and married Deborah L. (Wheeler) Bean on September 15, 1984.
Ronny’s career consisted of various jobs but most significant was his tenure at Coca-Cola. Ronny was a great father who loved watching, as well as coaching, his children’s sporting events. He was also a loving husband and best friend. He enjoyed his hunting, arm wrestling, cooking and always making himself available to help others.
Survivors include his wife, Debbie; his daughter, Alicia; his son, Ronny, Jr.; his parents, Harry A. & Thelma Bean; brothers and sisters-in-law, Harry and Priscilla Bean, Rocky and Valerie Bean, Danel and Leslie Bean and sisters and brothers-in-law, Cindy and Jim Murphy, Tammy, Sheri and John Dow; his father in-law and mother-in-law, Bill and Carol Wheeler; numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and numerous friends and his three best friends, Jimmy Cookman, John Mooney and Joe “Rocket” Gonyer. He was predeceased by a brother, Brian.
Calling hours will be held on Sunday, October 3, 2010 from 4:00-6:-00PM in the Carriage House of the Wilkinson-Beane-Simoneau-Paquette Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, N. H.
A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, October 4, 2010 at 10:00AM also at the Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in the family lot in Pine Grove Cemetery, Gilford, N.H.
