KELLY, PHYLLIS M., (nee O’MALLEY), 86, of CA formerly of Teaneck for over 50 years died on Thursday, September 23, 2010. Beloved wife of the late James T. Kelly, Sr. (2000). Devoted mother of James T. Kelly, Jr. and his wife Ann and Kathleen Kelly and her husband Lou Tabaldi. Loving grandmother of Christopher M. Kelly and Kimberly Kelly. Before retiring Phyllis worked as a Registered Nurse for Holy Name Hospital and a Physician in private practice. She was a member of the Holy Name Hospital School of Nursing Alumni Association and former member of Holy Trinity RC Church, Hackensack.
Friends and family will be received on Thursday, September 30th from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Volk Leber Funeral Home, 789 Teaneck Rd. Teaneck, NJ. A Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday at 10:00 AM at Holy Trinity RC Church, Hackensack. Interment will follow at Maryrest Cemetery, Mahwah, NJ.
