Obituary

Helen Irene (Walo)Fedele, 87, of Kingston. She was the daughter of the late Hilja and John Walo, sister of the late Lillian Baker of Whitman and Gertrude) Trudy Dexter of Weymouth passed away, September 23, 2010 of natural causes.

She was born in Whitman on January 5, 1923. Helen graduated from Whitman High School and met her husband the late Francis Fedele at the Regal Shoe factory and was married in 1947. She worked as a nurse’s aid at the West Acres Nursing Home and at Garland Mills in Brockton, where her family resided for nearly 30 years. Helen was a devoted Wife and loving mother who enjoyed bowling, playing cards and spending time with her family. She resided at the Wingate at Silver Lake facility in Kinston at her time of death.

She is survived by her two sons, Steven R. Fedele and his wife Susan (Dzenwagis) of Marstons Mills and Ronald F. Fedele and his with Kathleen (O’Brien ) of East Bridgewater, 5 grandchildren, Stacey and her husband John Kimball of Centerville, Todd and his wife Molly of Marstons Mills, Joshua and his wife Amanda(Carter) of Weston , Shawn and his wife Jennifer (Press) of Weymouth and Rebekah Fedele of East Bridgewater as well as 7 great grandchildren; also is survived by loving nephews and nieces including Lenny and Leon Baker who were very close She was pre deceased by her grandson Jason A. Fedele of Marstons Mills.

Her Service will be held on Saturday September 25th at 3:00Pm in the Blanchard Funeral Chapel Plymouth Street (Rt. 58 at the rotary) Whitman./Burial will be private . Visitation will be 2 hours prior to her service from 1:00-3:00PM Donations in her name may be made to the Jason A.
