
DUDLEY - Agnes R. “Cioci” Paproch, 93, formerly of Joshua Place, died Sunday, September 19, 2010 in Lanessa Extended Care, Webster.
She leaves her godchild, Patricia A. (Jarosz) Bachand of Woodstock, CT; 2 nephews, Edward J. Jarosz of Dudley and John Wieloch of Webster; several nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews, and friends. She was predeceased by a brother and by 3 sisters.
She was born in Webster, a daughter of Joseph and Joanna (Huda) Paproch and lived in the Webster-Dudley area all her life.
Miss Paproch worked at Sandlerette Shoe Company in Webster. She was then a housekeeper at Webster Manor Nursing Home in Webster for 16 years, retiring in 1983.
She was a member of Saint Andrew Bobola Church and the Holy Rosary Sodality of St. Joseph Basilica in Webster. She enjoyed watching the Boston Red Sox and tennis matches.
The family would like to extend their thanks to the staff at Lanessa Extended Care and also to Allegiance Hospice for the wonderful care they provided for Agnes.
The funeral will be held Thursday, September 23, from the Sitkowski & Malboeuf Funeral Home, 340 School St., Webster, with a Mass at 10:00 AM in St. Andrew Bobola Church, 54 West Main Street. Burial will be in St. Joseph Garden of Peace, Webster. A calling period will be from 8:15 to 9:15 AM Thursday, Sept. 23, in the funeral home.
