Yvonne Marie Foley, 63, Clarksville, died Thursday, September 16, 2010, at Alive Hospice at Skyline Medical Center. A celebration of life service will be held at 9:00 a.m. Tuesday at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Rev. Steve Lannom officiating. Burial will be in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-West. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday and from 8 a.m. until the hour of the service Tuesday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born October 17, 1946 in St. Nichols, Canada daughter of the late Martin Poirier and Mary Godet Poirier. Survivors include her husband, Edgar Foley; two daughters, Lisa Burton (Doug) and Tracy Wilkes (Dan), both of Clarksville; a step-daughter, Kristine Baldwin (Wade), Calgary Alberta, Canada; grandchildren , Matthew, Abby, and Heather Burton; Jazmin, Vanessa, Madeline, and Caleb Wilkes; Kassandra, Karleigh, Ainsleigh, and Kade Baldwin; six brothers, Vincent, Steven, Eric, Roger, Art, and David Poirier; and four sisters, Delima Skrastins, Jenny Bukacheski, Ann McCoy, and Pauline June. Pallbearers will be Bob Wilkes, Mike Wilkes, Doug Burton, Wade Baldwin, Dan Wilkes, and Charles Moffitt.
