R. Bea Hembree Golden, 85, Clarksville, died Sunday, September 12, 2010, at Whitehaven Assisted Living, Adams, TN..
A celebration of life service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home with Rev. Linda Thompson officiating.
Burial will be in Gum Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00-7:00 p.m. Tuesday and from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of service Wednesday at the funeral home.
Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
She was born August 23, 1925 in Montgomery County. She is the daughter of the late William Andrew Hembree and Birdie Parker Hembree. She was a baptist. She worked many years at Josten's, Boot-ster MFG and Acme Boot.
Survivors include, One son; Donald K. (Diane) Golden, Clarksville. Two daughters; Lynette Kelly and Valerie (Wayne) Neblett of Clarksville. One brother, Billy Hembree of Georgia; Two sisters, Laura Maynard of Cunningham and Geneva Taylor of Goshen, In. Nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Herbert Golden, two brothers; William Eugene and Cordell Hembree; one sister, Estelle Bromley.
Pallbearers will be Brandon Forrest, Nathan Golden, Adam Kelly Tyler Golden, Clay Golden and David Hembree. Honorary pallbearer will be Frank Kelly.
