FALONE, James “Jerry”, 53, of Louisville, passed away Wednesday, September 8, 2010.
He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Falone; children, Ondrea Smallwood (Eric), Jacob, Colt, Dakota and Josie Falone; grandson, Trent Andrew Smallwood; brothers, Mike and Thomas K. Falone; and sisters, Linda Jennings, Gayle Dedrick, Pam Schonburg and Tammy Ritchie.
His service will be 12 noon Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with cremation to follow. Visitation will be Sunday 1-9pm and Monday after 10am at the funeral home.
