In Taunton, September 5, 2010 Melvin Fuentes, died unexpectedly at the age of 31. He was the beloved husband of Sandra Pizarro of Taunton. Melvin was born in Puerto Rico to his parents Reverend Felix Fuentes and Providencia (Rivera) Fuentes. Melvin was a graduate of Charlestown High School in Boston. Melvin has lived in Taunton for the last three years. He was employed at the Stop & Shop Warehouse in Lakeville. He enjoyed playing basketball and cherished the time he spent with his family. Melvin leaves his step children; Victor, Nilmaris and Katherine Davila. His siblings; Mildred, Carolyn, Nancy, Yomaris, Yeissy and Felix. A funeral home service will be held on Friday, Sept. 10th at 11am. at the O’Keefe-wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington St. in Taunton, Ma. 02780. Relatives and friends are invited to visiting hours on Thursday from 5-8pm. Interment will be in Mayflower Hill Cemetery in Taunton.
