Gilmanton-----Karen J. Gray, 48, of Flintlock Circle, died on Wednesday September, 1, 2010.
Karen was born January 19, 1962 in Laconia, the daughter of Kenneth and Lorraine (Brulotte) Randlett.
Karen worked for the past six years as an Administrative Assistant for the State of New Hampshire. She was a devoted and loving wife, sister and aunt who loved to fish, go to the ocean for peace and watch the whales. She loved to dote on her nieces and nephews, loved her many visits from Katie and Jay, Cori and Jackson who helped her around the house when she wasn’t up to it. She loved to mow the lawn and tend her flowers. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She loved her extended family. Going to many sport activities and birthday parties especially the shopping part. She was extremely generous to those she loved. Christmas was her favorite time of year because it allowed her to do both at once. She loved beating the boys in football pools and disliked losing in basketball.
Karen is survived by Molly, Peanut and her husband of twenty nine years, Wayne Gray of Gilmanton; her parents, Kenneth and Lorraine Randlett of Laconia; three sisters, her twin sister, Kathy Clairmont, and her husband Nick, of Belmont, Linda Bentley and Susan Randlett, both of Laconia; three brother-in-laws, George Gray, of Gilmanton, Joe Gray, of Gilford and Kevin Gray of Concord; a sister-in-law, Karen Hickey and her husband Bob, of Gilmanton. George and Mary Gray her loving in-laws. She was predeceased by Bayle and Lucky.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, September 7, 2010 from 5:00PM to 8:00PM in the Carriage House of the Wilkinson-Beane-Simoneau-Paquette Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, NH.
A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at 10:00AM also at the Funeral Home.
