Ann E. Alberico, 78, of Church Street, Greenville, died Monday, September 6, 2010 at Fatima Hospital. She was the widow of Angelo Alberico.
Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Manuel and Margaret (Carey) Silva. She had been a resident of Smithfield since 1974.
She retired from the former North Safety in Cranston. She loved reading, bowling and enjoyed walking.
She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Lecuyer, of Keene, NH and her son, Paul Tipple of North Providence, three granddaughters, a great grandson and her sister, Dorothy Sullivan of Massachusetts. She was the sister of the late Mary Thoresen and Margaret Fraile.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday at 9:30am in St. Philip Church, 622 Putnam Pike, Greenville. Burial will be private. Visitation Wednesday 4-7pm in the ANDERSON-WINFIELD Funeral Home, Route 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville.
