Condie Curtis Vincent, 85, passed away at his residence Wednesday.
He was born in Mammoth Cave, KY to Hobert & Lora (Smith) Vincent.
Condie was a retired Machinist/Tool & Die maker for Eaton Corp, with 36 years service.
He was a member of the United Baptist Church and was a WW II Army Veteran, a Purple Heart Recipient and received 3 Bronze Stars.
Survivors include his wife of 64 years: Glenna (Doyle) Vincent and his children: Connie Cundiff (Jerry), Stanley Vincent, Vickie Wheatley (Gary) and Rickie Vincent (Sheri). 6 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren.
Graveside Services with Military Honors will be held 12:00 Noon Saturday (9-04-2010) (Louisville time) at Ollie Cemetery, Edmondson County, KY.
Visitation will be Friday 4 - 8 PM at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hosparus of Louisville.
