Millicent Z. (Lanagan) Neagus, 90, of Acushnet died August 27, 2010 at Hathaway Manor Extended Care Facility after a brief illness.
She was the wife of the late Kenneth H. Neagus.
Born and raised in Fairhaven, the daughter of the late Lemuel T. and Ruth B. (Astin) Lanagan, she had lived in Acushnet since 1953. She was a graduate of Fairhaven High School.
She was a member of Acushnet-Wesley United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Neagus was formerly employed at J.I. Paulding and later at Ma's Donut Shop.
Survivors include a daughter, Gail B. Gendron of Acushnet; 3 grandchildren, Susan Gillis and her husband Alan, Stephen Gendron and his wife Cheryl and Sherri Boudreau and her husband Russell; and 6 great-grandchildren, Joshua, Brandon, Isabelle, Katherine, Nicole and Matthew.
She was the sister of the late Eleanor Pacheco-St. Jacques.
