Joseph S. Antoon, age 57, of McConnellsburg, PA passed away July 23, 2010 at the Fulton County Medical Center. He was born January 27, 1953 in Lawrence, MA the son of the late Samuel and Ann (George) Antoon. He was married to Frances Kijanka Antoon 1972. Together with his wife Fran, Joe owned and operated Professional Uniforms and Advertising Specialties with locations in McConnellsburg and Chambersburg. Joe was an avid golfer having his regular foursome every Saturday and Sunday. Along with golf, he was a New England sports enthusiast following the Red Sox and the Patriots.
Joseph is survived by his wife of 38 years, Frances M. Antoon of McConnellsburg, PA, four siblings, Gregg (husband of Chris) Antoon of Dillsburg, PA, Douglas Antoon of Albuquerque, NM, Dan (husband of Deb) of Port St. Lucie, FL and Dana (husband of Gina) Stuart, FL. Joe is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews which he cared deeply about.
He is preceded in death by his parents Samuel J. and Ann Antoon
A memorial service was held in McConnellsburg. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Cumberland Valley Breast Care Alliance, 344 Leedy Way East, Chambersburg, PA 17202 or the charity of one’s choice in memory of Joe.
