FOWLER, MELISSA ANN, 34, passed away from the loving arms of her family to the loving arms of our Lord, Saturday August 14, 2010.
She was a 1996 graduate of Western High School and a member of Faith Chapel General Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her grandmother, Sarah Ann Fowler; and grandfathers, James S. Carroll and Eugene Christian.
She is survived by her loving family, mother Judy Christian (Richard), and father, Donald D. Fowler (Karen); brother, Jamie Hamlet (Amy); grandparents, Jannie E. Carroll, Pat Christian, and Joseph Fowler; her nephew, Sebastian; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; and her special loves, Squeaky and Beth (pets).
A special thanks to Dr. Don Stevens and his staff, the Suburban Hospital Oncology Unit.
Her funeral will be noon Tuesday at her church, 4720 Dover Road. Visitation will be Monday, 1-8 p.m. at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy. and after 10 a.m. Tuesday at her church. Burial is in Evergreen Cemetery.
