WHORISKEY, Thomas P. Of West Roxbury August 17. Beloved husband of Mary T. (Murphy) Whoriskey for 60 years. Devoted father of Edmund G. Whoriskey of Boston, Thomas P. Jr. and his companion Theresa Carroll of Sagamore Beach, Mary T. Hickey of West Roxbury, Michael R. and his wife Deborah of Sandwich. Brother of Phyllis Whoriskey of West Roxbury and the late William, Peter, and Anna Whoriskey and Eleanor Duduch. Also survived by 7 grandchildren and one great granddaughter and many nieces and nephews. Funeral from the P.E. Murray-George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home, 2000 Centre St., West Roxbury Friday at 9:30am. Funeral Mass in Mission Church Roxbury at 10:30 am. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Visiting Hours Thursday 2-6pm. Interment St Joseph Cemetery West Roxbury. Expressions of sympathy may be made in Thomas's memory to Mission Church, 1545 Tremont St., Roxbury, 02120. Late retired proprietor of the Donegal Tavern, Mission Hill. WWII Army Vet. and member of the Sandwich Americ an Legion Post # 188.
