Phillips, Joseph M. “Joe”, 66, of Shepherdsville passed away on Monday, August 16, 2010 at Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital.
Joe was a retired tile contractor and was a member of St. Peter the Apostle, St. Polycarp Campus.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Alma Phillips.
Joe is survived by his loving wife, Rosemary Sapp Phillips; children, Daniel Phillips (Tamara), Sandra Warner (Chris), Tracy Dohn (Edward), and Tammy France (Kenneth); brother, James Phillips (Rosemary); sisters, Betty Kinslow and Shirley Stewart; ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral Mass will be 11am on Thursday, August 19, 2010 at St. Peter the Apostle, St. Polycarp Campus, 7718 Columbine Drive, with entombment to follow in Bethany Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2-8pm on Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Lung Association.
