Obituary

Wyszynski, Walter J. 90, of Plymouth formerly of S. Yarmouth, at Jordan Hospital Aug. 15. Beloved husband of Mary K. (Adams) Wyszynski for 63 years of Plymouth. Born May 18, 1920 in New York City, he was the son of the late Vincent and Bertha (Grabowska) Wyszynski. Walter graduated from Seward Park High School in New York City and served in the U.S. Army for 3 years during WWII. He worked for many years as a salesman for Swith & Co and then until his retirement at Mass. Wholesale Drug Co. in Springfield. He was a Eucharistic Minister and life member of the Knights of Columbus.
He is survived by his wife Mary K. of Plymouth, his children Walter Jr. and his wife Christine of Springfield, Christopher and his wife Lynn of Clearwater, FL and Mary E. Wyszynski of Plymouth. He also leaves one grandson and many nieces and nephews. Brother of the late Jennie and Hedwig.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, August 18th at 11 AM at St. Bonaventure’s Church in Plymouth followed by a graveside service at the Mass. National Cemetery in Bourne at 12:45 PM. There are no visiting hours. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the St. Bonaventure’s Fund for the Needy, P.O Box 996, Manomet, MA 02345.
