Obituary

Sanbornton-----Charles E. Jodoin, 84, formerly of Philbrick Road and Chapman Road, Sanbornton, died at the New Hampshire Veterans Home, Tilton, on Thursday, August 5, 2010.
Mr. Jodoin was born October 18, 1925 in Manchester, New Hampshire, the son of Isadore and Bertha (St. Cyr) Jodoin.
Mr. Jodoin served in the U. S. Navy during WWII.
Mr. Jodoin was a longtime resident of the Tilton/Sanbornton area. He was a communicant of St. Joseph Church, Laconia and had been employed at J.H. Valliere Co. for thirty years before retiring in 1987.
Mr. Jodoin was an avid cribbage player.
Survivors include his wife, Evelyn B. (Pike) Jodoin, of Concord; a daughter, Marion D. Jodoin, of Key West, Florida and several nephews and nieces. In addition to his parents, Mr. Jodoin was predeceased by a brother, George J.B. Jodoin, and two sisters.
There will be no calling hours.
A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, August 14, 2010 at 9:30AM at the family lot in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Garfield St., Laconia.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Sacred Heart Church, 291 Union Avenue, Laconia, N. H. 03246.
