Taunton – Anthony Joseph Brunetti, a lifetime Taunton resident, died August 2, 2010 at Morton Hospital Medical Center surrounded by his loving and devoted family. He was 84 years of age. He was the husband of Juliet (Silva) Brunetti of Taunton. Mr. Brunetti was born in Brockton, Ma. Son of the late Nicholas Brunetti and Theresa (Santora) Brunetti. He was educated in Brockton schools. He worked as a Garment Presser for Ladies International Garment Union. Mr. Brunetti played in bands for over 20 years. He played the guitar and enjoyed playing the organ. He also enjoyed watching boxing. In addition to his loving wife, he is survived by one daughter Diane Corriveau and her husband Gary of Taunton. He was predeceased by one son Ronald Brunetti. He was the loving brother of Rosie Brunetti of Florida and the late Joe Brunetti, Valentino Brunetti, and Jenny Brunetti. He also leaves 4 grandchildren, Gary Corriveau and his wife Carmen of Seekonk, Renee Corriveau and her significant other Louis Henault of Taunton, Melissa Murphy and her husband Ryan of Raynham and Michael Brunetti of Brockton. He also leaves several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Friday morning at the Taunton Funeral Home 8 Crapo St. (off Tremont St.) at 10am. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
