Lois S. (Haigh) Kurgan, 74, of Salem, NH died Mon. Aug. 2nd at the Lawrence General Hospital in Lawrence, MA.
Lois was born and educated in Lawrence and graduated from Johnson High School in North Andover. She retired from the Salem Senior Center where she worked most recently. Lois had previously worked at various town agencies in Salem, the Spicket Valley Credit Union and the IRS in Andover, MA.
She enjoyed shopping, playing cards, cribbage and vacationing in Maine. Lois loved spending time with her grandchildren and her friends. She was a member of the Salem Chapter of the Red Hat Society.

5 Grandchildren: Josh, Alex, Katie, Zachary and Jessica
Calling hours will be Thurs. Aug. 5th from 4-7 PM at Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., Salem, NH.
The Funeral Service will follow at 7 PM at the Funeral Home.
