Sara McCraw Priest, 90, Cunningham, TN, died Monday, August 2, 2010, at her residence. A celebration of life service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Rev. Richard Wesley officiating. Burial will be in Martha's Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 P.M. Thursday and from 10 a.m. until the hour of the service Friday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born September 30, 1919 in Montgomery County, daughter of the late Logan McCraw and Maggie Gorham McCraw. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Thomas Priest; brothers, Turner, Joe, Lynn, and Bill McCraw, Sr.; and sisters, Emma Lou McCraw and Judith Powell. She was the owner of Skateland Roller Rink and she also retired from Acme Boot Mfg. Co. She was a member of Martha's Chapel United Methodist Church. Survivors include two sons, Don Priest, Clarksville, TN; and Gary Priest (Kathy), Lexington, KY; two grandchildren, Katie and David Priest; and many nieces and nephews.
