Sheldon Appel, 73 of Revere passed away on July 29, 2010 at his residence. Sheldon was born in Boston and resided in Revere his whole life. He was a graduate of Revere High School, Class of 1956. Sheldon was a very caring father and uncle. He took great pride in ensuring that both his children, and nieces and nephews were taken care of.
Sheldon was a devoted father of Jamie Appel and his wife Stephanie, and Corey Appel. He was the dear brother of Sandy Schepis and her husband Nick. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at Beth Israel cemetery, 232 Fuller St. Everett, MA on Sunday August 1, 2010 at 1:00 PM. Donations in his memory may be made to Rossetti Cowan Senior Center, 25 Winthrop St. Revere, MA 02151, or to a charity of your choice.
