Travis James Kasmiersky 36 of Giddings passed away on July 27, 2010. Travis Kasmiersky was born on January 5, 1974, in Brenham, Texas to Linda Lawson and the late Tommy Kasmiersky of Fayetteville. He was a surveyor for Mustang Engineering in Giddings. Travis had many hobbies that included hunting, fishing, working on old vehicles and working his coon dogs but most of all he loved spending time with his children.
Travis Kasmiersky is survived by his parents Hildred and Linda Lawson of Fayetteville; children; Makayla and Travis James Kasmiersky II of Rockdale; brothers; Dustin Lawson of Fayetteville; Jason Kasmiersky and wife Dana of Giddings; grandparents Lillian Coufal of Fayetteville; Edith Lawson of Huntsville, TN; niece Katie Kasmiersky of Giddings; nephews: Dalton and Wyatt Kasmiersky of Giddings; aunts and uncles; Arnold Kasmiersky Jr and wife Janice of Fayetteville; Mary Lee Prihoda of Giddings; William Coufal and wife Mary Ann of La Grange; Marge Coufal of Addy, Washington; J.B. Branam and wife Marian of Houston, TX; Bernadette Bauer of Fayetteville; Ronald Massengale of Helenwood, TN; Phillip Adkins and wife Virginia of Helenwood, TN; Mark West and wife Tena of Helenwood, TN; and numerous cousins.
He is preceded in death by his father Tommy Kasmiersky of Fayetteville; grandparents; Willie Coufal Jr of Fayetteville; Arnold and Sidonia Kasmiersky of Fayetteville; Onvie Lawson of Huntsville, TN; uncles Joe Prihoda of Giddings; Leonard Coufal of Addy, WA; Daniel Coufal of Fayetteville; Thomas Coufal of Fayetteville; aunt Brenda Sue Massengale of Helenwood, TN; cousins Garry Noack and Keschia West.
Memorial service is scheduled for Sunday, August 1, 2010 at 2:00 PM, at Fayette Memorial Funeral Home in La Grange.
