Mr. Paul Jefferson Wall, age 85, of Pinnacle, passed away on Friday, July 23, 2010 at Northern Surry Hospital of Surry County. He was born in Surry County on October 15, 1924 to the late Thomas Jefferson and Sara Ross Wall. Mr. Wall served his Country in the US Army during WWII. Paul worked at a Warehouse in Tobacco and was a member at Pine Hill Community Church. Mr. Wall is survived by one daughter, Sharon Wall Turner of Pilot Mountain; two sons, Kerry J. Wall of Pinnacle and Kenny J. Wall of Pinnacle. He was preceded in death by his parents; and five sisters, Margaret Simpson, Betty Key, Mattie Simmons, Faye Love, Ireatha Tucker and three brothers, Harvey, Herman and Warren Wall.
A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at Cox-Needham Chapel at 2:00 P.M. with the Rev. Travis Loyd officiating. The family would like to give a special thank you to Mr. Wall’s caregivers, Barbara Smith, Carolyn Parker and Junior Craig.
