OBITUARY
Lunenburg
Bruce E. Anderson, 68, of Lunenburg, died at home Tuesday July 20 after
a long illness.
Mr. Anderson was born in Worcester, February 20, 1942, the son of Edith
M. (Kinnear) Anderson and the late Frederick C. Anderson.
Besides his mother of Lunenburg, he leaves his wife of 42 years Marian E,
(Kraft) Anderson, his sons Daniel F. Anderson, Leland E. Anderson both of
Lunenburg and Bradley J. Anderson and his wife Stephanie of Millbury.Mr.
Anderson also leaves his brothers and sisters-in-law Raymond and
Catherine Anderson of Jefferson, Maine, Glenn and Georgia Anderson of
Jefferson, Ma. and Scott and Maureen Anderson of W. Boylston.
Mr. Anderson graduated from UMass Stockbridge majoring in hotel and
restaurant management. He attended the institute of industrial
management at Worcester Polythech Institute and Central New England
College.
He was employed for 34 years at Norton Co. now St. Gobain in Worcester.
He retired 8 years ago. He had his private pilot's license.
Mr. Anderson was a member of Rollstone Congregational Church in
Fitchburg and was a member and Chairman of the Board of Trustees. He
was also member and chairman of the board of directors of Camp Wellville.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday July 31 at 11:00 A.M. in the
First Congregational Church 10 Church St. in Boylston. Burial will be
private. A reception will follow the service in the church hall. Contributions
