Michael J. Khoury, 83 of Somerville MA, died Friday in his home after a brief illness. Born in Boston, MA, he was the son of the late George and the late Mary (Moses) Khoury. He was a Somerville resident for sixty years. Michael was a graduate of Bently College with a degree in accounting. He was the owner of Khourys´ States Spa located on Broadway in Somerville. He was also one of the original founders of Somerville´s American Legion Post 388. Late U.S. Army Veteran of WWII.

He is the husband of the late Madeline (Bishara). and is survived by two daughters, Janet Marino and her husband Anthony, Patricia Grady and her husband Michael, two sons Michael Khoury and his wife Karen and Edward Khoury. Also survived by eight loving grandchildren and four loving great grandchildren. Father-in-law of Kathy DeYoung. Brother of George Khoury, Louise Jabailey and Elisabeth Asaaf
A funeral service will be conducted Monday at 10:00 AM in the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford with the service conducted by Rev. Michael Elias. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford. Visiting hours Sunday from 4 thru 8 at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford.
