White, William Thomas “Lip” “W.T.”, 87, formerly of Louisville, passed away on July 5, 2010 in Florida.
He was a retired barber and an Army veteran of WWII.
William loved playing his guitar and was an accomplished musician and singer.
He was born on January 15, 1923 to the late William R. and Gertie May White.
William is preceded in death by his wife of 25 years, Marian E. White; his parents; and brothers, Emmett, J.D., and Kenneth White.
He is survived by his children, Billie Jean Molinari (Mike) of Louisville, KY, Roy White of Jeffersonville, IN, Judy Brummett (Chester) of Greenville, IN, and Sandy Dowell (Richie) of Ekron, KY; sisters, Louise Decker, Dorothy Cooper, Mary Helen Allen all of Bowling Green, KY, and Nancy Miller of Ft. Pierce, FL; brother, Charles “Tig” White of Vero Beach, FL; grandchildren, Tammy Cook, Joey Molinari, Jason White, Amanda Playforth all of Louisville and Rickey Dowell of Ekron, KY; and nine great-grandchildren.
Cremation was chosen and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
