Obituary

Mrs. Filomena Ercolini, 95 of Medford died Tuesday in the Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Medford. She was the wife of the late Ottavio Ercolini.
Mrs. Ercolini was born in Arlington, daughter of the late Beniamino and Maria (Mattarazzo) DeNapoli. Mrs. Ercolini was a longtime resident of Medford, formerly of Arlington. She was a home maker for most of her life. Mrs. Ercolini loved to cook, although she was particularly adept in baking. A luncheon with her family was a treat she greatly enjoyed. She was a quiet and demure woman who took exceptional pride in her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is survived by two daughters: Mary Ann Aloise and her husband Manny of Medford, Linda Lavers and her husband Earl of Medford, a son: Benny Ercolini and his wife June of Medford. Beloved grandmother of Brian and Robert Lavers, David, Daniel and Dennis Ercolini, Michael, Deborah and the Late Sharon Aloise. Great grandmother of 7 great grandchildren. Sister of the late Harry DeNapoli, Louie DeNapoli, Celia Mancuso, and Mickey DeNapoli. Private services were held on Thursday with a Funeral Mass in St. Francis of Assisi Church followed by interment in Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
