WORCESTER-Rosemary F. (Mahan) Johnson Graham, 69, died Thursday, July 1 in the Radius Nursing Center with her family by her side after a long illness.
She leaves her loving husband of 31 years, Paul R. Graham; her children, Debra I. Johnson of Jamaica Plain, Karen A. Locke of Worcester and Stephen P. Johnson of Milford; her stepchildren, Paul, Jr., Kevin, Brian, Peter and Matthew Graham; three sisters, Barbara A. Weeks of Cape Coral, FL, Kathleen I. Buron of Auburn and Joan E. Sauriol of Worcester; nine grandchildren, two great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Her first husband, Paul R. Johnson and her stepson, Thomas Graham predeceased her.
Rosemary was born in Worcester the daughter of John F. and Rose V. (Clark) Mahan. She graduated from St. Peter’s High School in 1958 and Worcester City Hospital School of Nursing in 1961. She went on to work as a registered nurse for Worcester City Hospital, Worcester State Hospital and Milton Hospital before retiring.
Rosemary was a member of St. Andrew the Apostle Church, the Worcester City Hospital School of Nursing Alumni Association and the Knights of Columbus Woman’s Group. She enjoyed crafts, the Red Sox, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

The funeral will be on Tuesday, July 6 from CALLAHAN & FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 61 Myrtle St. with a Mass at 10:00 AM at St. Andrew the Apostle Church, 5 Spaulding St. Visiting hours will be on Monday, July 5 from 5:00 until 8:00 PM in the funeral home. Burial will be private.
